The Process
Piling involves the design, supply, and installation of vertical piles into the ground that’ll become the load-bearing columns of the foundations of the new building. Piles are put into place when the conditions of the ground are below standard and evenly distributes the weight of the structure above it.

Residential Piling:
Mini piling is a method of creating a foundation for any type of structure in a ground condition no matter how unsuitable, using different methods like screwing or driving the piles into the ground and then filling them with concrete in order to form piles.
Underpinning:
Underpinning is the method of transferring the load of a structure that shows signs of subsidence or sinking. Underpinning uses mini piles – smaller, slimmer piles that are easier to install in confined spaces – to reinforce and repair existing piles or foundations.
